I’ve had a few personal trainers throughout my years at different gyms, and Pav has really had a positive impact for me. From the beginning he was really informative, helpful and knowledgeable while at the same time – and of huge importance to me – friendly, outgoing and fun to train with. We’ve trained weekly for about four months now and although I didn’t feel like I hugely needed to lose weight, I wanted to get fitter and shape up. I have been training with Pavel and had 11 sessions so far I have noticed differences in my arms and gluts and stomach. I was in training for Total Warrior so we concentrated on strength and stamina training. I am not sure I would have been ready without his help. I took ten sessions of working out from Pavel. It was structured as a single session with Pavel every week and for the rest of the week he would give a plan that i would follow. This included the weights, reps and intensity of each and every exercise, also giving the number of minutes rest between exercises. There are not many personal trainers who would do that.
My goal with the program was to gain muscle and reduce belly fat. He gave me diet to target the reduction in belly fat and with the exercises and routine he advised, the results were very evident and positive. I gained muscle mass overall with consistent increase in power as well.
He took into account the breaks i needed (due to work etc) and was considerate when plans changed, flexibility that is needed.
Overall, I was very happy with the whole experience and would recommend him as a personal trainer.
